"Our success will continue to grow as we provide unprecedented service to our new customers", Jim Locke - President. "We understand how to best maximize our clients' position in natural gas. Our expertise in natural gas markets, transportation and supply management allow us to uncover opportunities for our customers to save money. We do this by operating a "get back to basics" plan with the customer that simplifies the supply process and allows them to choose the right strategy for their needs." CESi serves the energy needs of industrial and commercial clients within the Ontario marketplace and was established in October, 2001. Jim Locke, the President, originally founded one of the earliest and most successful natural gas marketing companies in Canada, Cibola Canada. Originated in 1991, Cibola grew to over 200 industrial clients. In late 1997, Shell Canada acquired Cibola Canada as a key building block in their creation of an independent marketing organization - Coral Energy. Jim Locke became President of Coral Energy in early 1998.
